How the two tiers work
Confirmed means a domain is on the manually vetted blocklist (every entry there requires screenshot proof of a working throwaway inbox) or on at least two independent community lists. Reported means exactly one list carries it. The split exists because single-list entries are occasionally stale or over-broad, and blocking a real customer is worse than letting one burner through. Block confirmed at signup; soft-verify reported.

The merge pulls from the disposable-email-domains curated blocklist (CC0), the disposable/disposable daily aggregate (MIT), FGRibreau's mailchecker list (MIT) and groundcat's MX-validated list (MIT), honoring the upstream allowlist. Free-provider domains come from Kikobeats' free-email-domains (MIT). Full credits and licenses on the About page.
